Returns & Exchange

You are entitled to request return/exchange within 14 days from receiving the items.

  • The buyer shall return the product to our Sydney warehouse within 30 days after approval. The original package has not been worn or opened. Product comes with the original packaging, instruction manual, and all attachments.
  • Please note the buyer shall bear the shipping cost of return/exchange. We will refund 80% of the product value once the package is examined and restocked. (The deducted 20% of product value is restocking charge which covers the costs of picking, packaging, and returning the product to the warehouse.)
  • Once we issued the refund, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • If we sent the incorrect goods or it was damaged in transportation, please contact our customer service team at shop@potpackaging.com.au and return the defective product to us. We will pay for the return postage of any damaged products. We will send you a totally new replacement.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders or custom printed items.
  • Do not return any items unless instructed by our customer service team in writing via email.

 Cancellation

Cancellation is acceptable only before we start processing your order, normally within 24 hours from payment.
