Do you offer samples?
Yes, we can offer both in-stock samples and custom printed samples, don't hesitate to contact us if you need samples.
Does the product have logo?
Our packaging products don't have any logos and are great for printing your brand.
Can I customise my product?
Yes, we can customise printing, size, colour and material. Custom products take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. Welcome to send your design to shop@potpackaging.com.au.
How can I get bulk price?
For orders over 2000pcs, please email shop@potpackaging.com.au or call us at +61 2 8091 7710 for more discount.
I can’t find the product I am looking for on your website, can you help?
We can probably special order something for you! Email shop@potpackaging.com.au with details of what you require, quantity, and if possible, the time your expect to receive the product. We can see if it's something we can order in for you. Hopefully we can help!
About Shipping
Where do you ship?
We provide shipping service from Australia to worlwide. Standard shipping time 3-14 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
- Free Shipping on orders over 199 AUD
- For orders below 199 AUD, shipping cost will be caculated at checkout
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your products will be shipped out within 48 hours afer payment.
Standard shipping time 3-14 business days. (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The lead time of custom products is about 6-8 weeks.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send the tracking number and tracking link to your email inbox.
Can I change the shipping address of my order?
We can help to change your shipping address if the product hasn’t been shipped out. Please send the new address to shop@potpackaging.com.au.
Once your order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address. So please make sure you filled the correct shipping info before making payment.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Your payment is in good hands as it is our main propriety to keep your credit information safe. We only work with the top secure payment processors.
We accept PayPal and credit cards covering MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB.

Returns & Cancellation
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guaranteed return policy for all package in its original condition with proof of purchase. For details, please refer to Returms & Refunds.
How long will it be before I am refunded?
We will issue the refund after receiving and inspecting your returned order. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
How do I cancel my order?
Cancellation is acceptable only before we start processing your order, normally within 24 hours from payment. Please contact shop@potpackaging.com.au as soon as possible if you need to cancel the order.
